Important
AI limitations
AI is powerful — but not perfect. Designed for real-world workflows where coordination complexity exists.
The system assists execution — it does not replace human judgment.
AI may not be 100% accurate. Outputs are probabilistic — always review before acting on them.
All outputs should be reviewed. We design every workflow to surface outputs to you first — not act on them automatically.
Quality depends on the inputs you provide. Accurate workflow context and connected data improves system performance significantly.
Fees
Pricing & payments
Pricing is defined upfront — no hidden fees or unexpected charges.
Service fees
One-time Setup and Calibration Fee of ₹35,000. Ongoing Maintenance Subscription of ₹12,000/month or ₹1,20,000/year (prepaid annual rate saving ₹24,000, equivalent to paying for 10 months and getting 2 months free).
Volume cap & overages
Monthly and annual subscriptions include up to 2,000 processed messages/emails per month. Volumes exceeding this limit are billed transparently at ₹2 per email.
Refund & calibration policy
Setup and Calibration fees are strictly non-refundable once onboarding and calibration have commenced, as they cover direct engineering and tuning labor. Recurring subscription charges are non-refundable mid-cycle.
Privacy
Data & access sovereignty
Your data is protected by regional residency and self-hosting boundaries.
You own your data. If you self-host using Docker or n8n, 100% of your data stays inside your private VPS. For managed cloud, we pin your data strictly to your local jurisdiction (AWS Mumbai / GCP Pune for India, Frankfurt for EU, US-East for US, Toronto for Canada). We never sell, share, or train models on your data.
Scope
What we don't control
We're honest about what's outside our hands.
Third-party tool outages (Gmail, Google, Slack, Microsoft, etc.)
Errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete inputs from your side
Breaking changes in external APIs (Google, Microsoft) outside our control
Internet connectivity or infrastructure issues on your end
Responsibility
Limits of responsibility
We’re responsible for delivering the system safely — but final decisions always remain with you.
We warranty that we implement reasonable technical and organizational security safeguards (including AES-256 GCM encryption, KMS envelope key segregation, and ZDR RAM-only pipelines) to safeguard personal data in compliance with India's DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA.
However, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on system outputs. For self-hosted instances, security and access monitoring remain your sole liability. For managed services, our maximum collective liability for security breach damages is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, subject to mandatory statutory penalties under governing laws.
